輪廓儀，該儀器為直角坐標測量法，觸針接觸式。X軸采用高精密的摩擦導軌為基準，Z1軸采用數字傳感器，測繪出被測零件的表面輪廓形狀的坐標點，通過計算機的軟件對傳感器采集的原始數據進行數學運算處理，標注所需的測量項目。
